Our Marmalades

sadly, we can't grow our own citrus fruits at our Norfolk orchard, but all our marmalades are home cooked on the Aga using the best quality Seville oranges, lemons, limes or grapefruits available. Marmalades making keeps me busy in the early months of the year when Seville oranges are available.
