Over winter 2017/18  I attended an excellent beekeeping course with the West Norfolk and Kings Lynn Beekeepers Association  and have since passed the British Beekeepers Association Basic Assessment, General Husbandry and several Module exams. Having started with one colony of bees I now have bees living in nine hives, all busy pollinating the orchard.

Honey was extracted for the first time in spring 2020 and is now available on our stall on the A10 and at local events.

There is usually a choice of set honey or runny honey and cut comb is also sometimes available.

As a special treat, we occasionally have borage honey, a beautiful light coloured honey obtained when some hives go on holiday to the borage fields of Essex.
